Founder in Residence:

A Founder in Residence at Startalia is a skilled professional with relevant experience, competence and insight into their field of choice that joins the Founding Team of a startup Made in Startalia.

The Founder in Residence could join an existing Team to complement the capabilities of the Startup, or be the Founder who will take a leading role in the proposal of a new Venture Project to be developed in a Startalia Venture Program.

Junior Venture Program Associate:

A Junior Venture Program Associate is a skilled professional with relevant competence, experience and insight into their field and function of choice that joins Startalia’s operations Team in delivering the services, activities, functions and support that make up Startalia’s Venture Programs.

The Junior Venture Program Associate role’s functions and responsibilities can be effectively fulfilled by professionals with a diverse range of backgrounds, hinging on the individual’s creativity, their ability to envision, understand, and adapt to dynamic scenarios and their aptitude for practical work, even in the more theoretical phases of the Venture Program.
